Our services. We provide AI voice receptionist services to dental clinics. Services are delivered only under a signed service agreement between Perception AI Agency Ltd. and the client clinic, which sets out the full terms of service, fees, data handling, and each party's responsibilities. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance without a signed agreement.

Estimates and tools. Any calculators or estimates available through this site (including our missed-call revenue calculator) are illustrative only, based on the figures you enter and general assumptions. They are not a guarantee of results or savings.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, branding, and design — belongs to Perception AI Agency Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

No warranty for website content. This website is provided as-is. While we keep it accurate and current, we make no warranties about its completeness, and we may update pricing, features, and policies at any time. Pricing in effect for a client is the pricing in their signed service agreement.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
